I called Eco Water Systems of SoCal. They sent out Rob and Hector to replace the resin in my soft water system. Hector and Rob were very professional, friendly and their work ethic was second to none. The area they worked in was cleaner when they left, then when they arrived, I would recommend these two for any of my water treatment necessities.! I also have them replace all of our reverse osmosis filters. They had them on their truck and did not have to reschedule for another appointment. These guys are very professional.

My husband and I have been searching for the best water conditioner in a while. Chris Bartlett is the water treatment specialist from ECOWATER. He gave an excellent presentation. Very knowledgeable, I can tell that is highly trained and expert in this field. No high-pressure sale or tactic. I have no doubt that this is the best water conditioner .I'm looking forward next Saturday to install the system. Beth R. Alpine

Just a brief note to let you know how much we are enjoying our water softener and reverse osmosis system, which was installed two weeks ago. . When we met with EcoWater sales representative, Ben, we were very impressed by his sales demeanor. He was not pushy or demanding and that is what sold us. Look, for the most part, everything was good. At the end of the day, the quality of the product is great, and although it is slightly pricey, it is probably worth it. My only issue is the non-professional manner (in my opinion) in which they conducted themselves. I have set an appointment between 9-11 am on a Friday. Knowing that, I've scheduled myself to work from home in the morning and set most of my meetings for that day in the afternoon. The installer then called me to apologize that he won't be there until 11 because he was caught up on calls all morning (really?!?). Since I don't really have a choice, I comply and let him know that it's fine and proceeded to push back my meetings. Unfortunately, he didn't show up until 11:30 am. I contacted the sales rep to voice my disappointment, and of course, no response. I guess why would he since at that point he's sold me on the product.  A few days later, a rep called to ask my opinion on how things went, and so I explained my issue. All he said was, "well, we're very busy, so that's probably why the installer was late" and started selling me on next year's service plan (really!?!?). Not one person had the balls to apologize or at least acknowledge that my time was wasted waiting on them. Very disappointed to say  the least.

Our visit with the salesman Gregory was great. He was prompt and very professional. He answered all of our questions. He did a couple of experiments which allowed us to see the differences between Eco water and our tap water. He explained about the hardness of water here in the desert; about why soap does not lather. And why our taps and pipes have a powdery white residue. He told us that our pipes, sinks, toilets, show her doors, etc would last longer with the Eco water system. He told us about the "bad " chemicals in our water. We decided to only do the drinking water system at this time but are considering having the Eco Water system put in our whole house next fall.

I really like them. Their price was really reasonable. They are really good technicians, are punctual and know what they are doing.  I have had good luck with them.

Another quality installation of two after-market (PURE) RO systems and custom faucets. It involved drilling holes through thick marble countertop at precise locations. Very impressed with John's work - accurate measurements, high quality drilling and perfect assembly of each system. Could not be happier! Total of 5 systems now and every one was installed perfectly.

Bill was on-time, professional and very efficient. Installation, which included a very high end faucet, was performed without any drama. Bill checked his work and we discovered that faucet had a tiny leak, which Bill fixed in no time. Good company and good people!

It was great.  The salesperson was very knowledgeable.  She tested the water in front of me and showed me the results.  She explained the various products they have and what it would do for the water.  I picked a system that I could afford and that would do all of the filtering I wanted.  The technician was fantastic.  He had to install the unit and connect it pass the water heater and furnace.  He did a great job at routing the pipes and left a clean work space.  He went over the operation of it and it was very clear.  He answered all my questions and was very professional.

It was wonderful.  It was easy. The taste in the water is the best.   We got a really good deal.  We never had to call them back.  It was a great service.  Thank you for our great tasting water that we enjoy every day.

They were responsive.  They did what they said they would.  They turned in the report when said they would.

I had been looking into water softener's due to the extremely hard water in the area and my family's reaction to the seasonal chlorine smell of our water.  I was skeptical of the provider claims & cost of such systems.  We met with Wanda Smith on the subject and she spent considerable time with us answering all our questions and provided us with several cost alternative systems to meet our needs. We decided to invest in their higher end system and added a reverse osmosis drinking water system at the same time.

The installation was flawless and the technician John Gummeson made the installation process the best experience I have every had.  John was easily to work with and helped me orient the installation in a way that worked best for me.  He helped me by installing a water demand pump on the osmosis system which I had previously purchased to solve a ice maker issue in my build in refrigerator.  John was neat, and he handles extras & design changes on the fly professionally.  I can not speak highly enough regarding him.

The system worked as advertised.  The chalky residue is gone from our dishwasher.  Clothes are cleaner and softer than ever.  The smell of chlorine and my skin irritation are gone.  The quality of the drinking water is as good as the smart water you buy in the store - I cannot tell the difference.  The soft water is great to use for washing my cars.

My system also included a wireless monitor which water usage and other features of the system.  I was surprised to see how much water we were using and quickly put that information to use by reprograming my water systems to reduce the amount of water we use to irrigate the yard.

The follow up by Wanda was productive.  She tested the water and went over the system features with us to made sure we understood all the attributes. 

I consider this a good investment for my family.  It has improved the quality of life for us and to process was a great experience.

I've had my Reverse Osmosis System for many years and it works as well as when it was new.  EcoWater makes systems now that take no service call to change the filters -- they just screw on and off like lightbulbs.  Problem is, this system is working so well I haven't needed to trade it in for a new one.  Someday I'm sure I will because nothing lasts forever.  Luke, the technician who came to the house was professional and friendly.  I have EcoWater's whole house system as well and have recommended it over the years to countless friends and family.
