"Run like the plague from these people. We gave a 50% deposit of $4,100 to install hurricane proof windows in a condo with a promise to complete within 10 weeks. If they did not, they were to refund us our deposit in full PLUS 10% of the full amount of the contract. That was an additional $820. They did not do one stitch of work and kept stringing us along. Being quite stern about it, we insisted on a complete refund. We did finally get it and the 10% of the full amount. This really annoyed me because we did not get these windows installed during the hurricane season. That was a lot more important than getting an additional $820. As a word of advice, do put in a contract the 10% penalty. The reason we did that is that we also had a similar incident with another window installer and that took months. Unfortunately, it appears that too many window installers are making promises they can't keep. I believe it is because they want your 50% deposit to solve their cash flow problems, so they don't mind breaking their commitments and giving you a refund."

The quality just isn't there, they state that they are with you every step of the way and this is not what I experienced. From the walls, electrical, plumbing, to the paint , doors and other misc. items. I have many pictures to back up the job was so poor and the company wants to ignore everything. However, he sold the company within weeks of our installation We were told that after the New Year our problems with the screens that were ripped would be taken care of, instead we found that he had sold the company to a gentleman named Harold who has not assisted us in any way. When asked about the problems he said that that he has no responsibility for anything that Danny Crawford had did before he took over the company."
