First, I can’t say enough about their representative, Justin. It wasn’t the product i was buying that sold me; I bought Justin… then the product. Every single week he texted me with updates to my order that I needed expeditiously. The needs of his clients are priority one! Owners need employees like Justin. As for the install: these installers are the “rock stars” of windows and doors! They are beyond professional, and did a great job. The only company I didn’t have to go behind and point something out during my entire remodel. Thank you Keenan!

This is the 3rd time we have used Keenan Windows and doors for work on our house and once again they did a great job! We first used them over 10 years ago to replace the windows and side garage door on our house to be impact. We hired them because Jeff was on time and straightforward with competitive pricing. A few years after that we had them replace our front door with sidelights with a double door with decorative glass and it looks beautiful! Last month we decided to have them replace the sliding glass doors in the back of our house with impact doors and once again they did an amazing job. We have 3 big openings with sliders (8 panels) and Jeff's crew worked as a team and were very polite, efficient and hard working. We have an old house so each job had challenges but Jeff with his years of experience came up with solutions that turned out great. Steve the person who does their stucco work is also excellent and really takes pride in doing a professional job. Overall our experiences with this company were excellent. To find a company that does what they say when they say and really care about their work is hard to find in South Florida

From the beginning to the end this process was handled very professionally. They always showed up on time and the work done was very high quality. Even the city inspector complimented the job saying I found a good installer and they did a good job. Installation went smoothly and professionally. The installers took their time and the door passed inspection the 1st time. The installers were professional and kept the area clean.

The door is fine but it's not working properly. It's not working the way it should be. They are not responding.

When we went to contract we were given an install date several months away. Based on the size of the job and the lead time at the factory, it was reasonable. As we approached the date we received notice from the City that the permit was issued; as the date got closer we received a phone call remining us of the day they would start and finish. The process was flawless. Once the crews showed up, they we meticulous about covering floors and furniture to minimize the inevitable dust and debris. Once the installers had a few windows in, the stucco crew was on site working behind them patching around the windows and repairing drywall. The crews never seemed to get into each others way and the job always continued to move forward. Towards the end Jeff (the owner) was on site to make sure all went well. After all was said and done, the building inspector found no exceptions and the cleaning crew was out of the house in half the time that we had expected compared to our friends recent installation using another company. The job went well from the sale to the end. All the people that we came in contact with were very professional and knew their product

Can’t say enough about how well this went. A few things you should be aware: First off Keenan may be a few bucks more than others but the truth is they are by far, worth the extra. While so many window/ door companies sell good windows the trick is installation and this is where they this company just shines. From in office schedulers to the polite, hard working installers, it was FLAWLESS. So many window companies sub out the installers these days. Not here....each and every person who came through our home was a proud employee and they really seemed to enjoy making the customer happy. They were fast and super polite and left the work areas spotless. I’ll be working with this company again...for sure.

Really well. We booked the doors first, to see how things went. Upon satisfactory completion of the doors installation, we went ahead and booked the windows installation. All work was completed on schedule and to the penny of the estimate. In both cases, there were minor post installation issues, which were quickly remedied. Keenan owner Jeff Rupert runs a first class operation. I would recommend Keenan without hesitation.

This is a highly expert and professional company. From the first visit, which generated a detailed estimate and provided thorough answers to every questions and gave us advice, through the installation and dealing with the city, we were pleased in every respect. Everyone showed up on time and the installation team did a great job. Even the city inspector complimented the work. We plan on additional window and door replacement and this company will be our first choice.

As with any project there’ll always be some issues. The measure of a company, in my opinion, is how they handle these issues. The owner of Keenan window and door, Jeff came out to the job site and immediately addressed any concerns I had and made sure the job was done properly, and any issues were resolved without hesitation. I would highly recommend Keenan window and door and I will definitely use them again.

I had gotten broken into. It was pretty expensive. They were excellent. I would use them again 100%.

Prompt estimate. Estimated installation date was accurate. Installation was clean and neat. Installers were very good.

they installed everything very nicely and or professional however I think I did pay a little bit more than most people pay for those types of products

My experience with Jeff Rupert and Kennan window was nothing but a pleasure. Quality of the window is superb. Jeff Rupert showed up on time for every appointment. His workers were on time and very respectful. I would definitely recommend and use this company again.
