pro. The initial owner Danny Crawford was very nice. However, he sold the company within weeks of our installation We were told that after the New Year our problems with the screens that were ripped would be taken care of, instead we found that he had sold the company to a gentleman named Harold who has not assisted us in any way. When asked about the problems he said that that he has no responsibility for anything that Danny Crawford had did before he took over the company.

Impact Windows and Doors Corp dod not file permits for their jobs and stiff the home owners. They have done this to other home owners - check BBB and DBPR website. Save yourself trouble and get a legitimate company that will get the proper permits for the job and do it right.
