"badly, (Name Removed) was extremely rude and disagreeable. He originally came out Jan 6 and looked over the job. complained about tall grass and the fact it was a kennel (bigger job). Cut the brush Tuesday, texted and sent a picture. finally contacted me and stated he would be back at 8 am Jan 13th. did not show till after 9. I was unable to be there due to his being late. approx 10-1030 he telephoned and complained bitterly about the amount of work that needed to be done. complained about electric wire running across tank? following his leaving it was only Wednesday morning when i the tank was again full and th3 electric was not reconnected. He failed to check the pump when he had the tank empty and left it that way without telling me. Now i must pay AGAIN to have the work done and must lose additional time and money. When i contacted him (Name Removed) to request he either 1. fix his mess or 2. return my money he hung-up on me. I have already contacted another provider. Since this man will not have an opportunity to fix his mess I want my money ($450) returned for work poorly and shoddily done."

"It breaks my heart to write this. We have used Liberty Air for 10yrs for both our business and home air units. They have always been without issue. I called them out about 4 or 5 days ago and they said he didn't know why it wasn't working but he said there was water in the pan, so the drains maybe needed cleaned. Well, $500 later, it just isn't working. So I call them out again. The second guy catches it within a min literally of being there. He said both our units had hair clogged in both and they really needed done. Well that'll be an additional $900. I was extremely upset. I didn't have the first $500 more less an additional $900. The only thing they offered was not to charge the service fee to come out that second time. I am furious. We have been VERY loyal and we are honest people. I wasn't expecting free $900 worth of work, however to not even admit fault or offer any discount for the work they should've done and caught day 1 day one is unacceptable. I am a small business and when we are in the wrong we make it right. Do not trust these people."

"I would give these folks twenty stars if I could. They were professional, thorough and reasonably priced....most of all they provided a solution for a clogged, compromised sewer pipe that otherwise could have been disastrous. My recently purchased house was built in 1968 and soon after moving in, the drain kept clogging. After jetting the line and an initial de-scaling/cleaning attempt, the video that was taken revealed that my sewer pipe under my slab was severely compromised, fractured and with holes in multiple spots. Other tradespeople I spoke with said that my floor and slab would need to be cut open to dig out the old sewer pipe and replace it with PVC---an ENORMOUS expense and undertaking.I am so glad I called Jax Hydro-Jetters. They were able to re-line the existing sewer pipe with a strong, durable coating without disrupting my home. Problem solved. I can't tell you the peace of mind they brought to me and my husband. "They had me on the schedule for June 27 and weren't able to get to me. When they finally came June 28, they fixed the 6 lights before they left but within a week, 2 lights stopped functioning.
