"Terrible service. Charged me $550+ for a camera service and to "push clog back" on a full septic. Then got septic pumped and still clogged.... They call me and say it's going to cost another $500+ for them to come back out to "push back clog". If it was a full septic then I should have been charged for the camera service and not the "clear clog" fee. They trying to scam people into multiple service calls. DO NOT USE this service. They will keep charging the customer until THEY fix the issue. 0/5⭐. They also stated it was a "threat" when I said they will not be getting a good review from me. Will update with a better company to use shortly."

"Requested for a guy to come out to give us an estimate on flushing problem. When the guy came out, he told us that our sewer lines need to be flushed and our shower drain was leaking. I paid him $75.00 for him to go outside and have my husband flush the toilet to see if any leaks. I understand you have to pay a diagnostic fee, but he didn't even do anything but have my husband flush the toilet do see if there were any leaks outside. I could have done that. Then the guy said he would give us an estimate. We got nothing in writing."

"Initially I called a large, well-known plumbing company in the area. They said they did not pump out septic tanks but gave me the number to two local septic tank pumping companies they recommended. I called both but ended up hiring P.U. Septic because they quoted me the best price (they gave me a small discount because I had three tanks that I wanted pumped out) and because one of the owners of the company (it's a Father / Son operation) would actually be coming out to do the work, not just an hourly employee. Jesus called me the day before he was supposed to come out to confirm the appointment, and the following morning called me 30 minutes before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. He arrived exactly when he was scheduled to arrive. Before pumping out the three tanks he filled them with water in order to observe how well the tanks were draining and the drain fields were working. He then pumped out all the solids and liquids, inspected the tanks for tree root intrusions, and instructed me on best practices to maintain my tanks moving forward. Very prompt, professional, courteous service, very highly recommended."
