Again he said he would show up on a day and didn't. Again we called. When he came he said we had a different issue and proceeded to fix it. He also checked all our zones and changed the configuration. We have heads that aren't working that he didn't catch as not working. He's very knowledgeable but we'd rather deal with someone else."
