He said that my chemicals were way off so he would have to drain and refill the pool. I was fine with that. The problem was he put a sump pump in my pool and it left rust marks on the pool. He did not appear to try to fix it before he started filling the pool back up. Since I was traveling for work at this time I did not see it. When I returned, he had the skimmer turned off, so the top of the pool was filthy. There was also a leak near the pump as well. This meant that the pool was very low upon my return. I originally asked him to come out to fix the return jets in the bottom of the pool since they were not circulating. He only fixed half of them.

If we knew all dissatisfaction by phone, by message or even letting one of our crew servicing your pool on a weekly basis, definitely the solution could be in a different way. When we initially delivered the job to you, we spoke with your wife and showed all the job done. She showed satisfied and we tell her if the returns don't work properly, just let us know. The leaking problem was fixed on the very next visit. It seems someone touched the pump unions and got loose. We didn't touch on this part when we spoke with your wife We tried to call and text you to arrange your issues but for some reason, we didn't get any response."
