"The windows and doors are wonderful.  However the project took longer than promised.  
I will say, the company does beautiful work with regard to installation and sealing of windows, doors and overall craftsmanship..  I've seen what other companies have done to neighbors houses and the work was sloppy and they actually damaged the house.  That wasn't the case here!  

I did have a few problems with our sales person Cary.  I then I started dealing with Monica, the Operations Director, who got things done right and in a timely fashion..

Actually Cary, the windows which had to be changed at your cost of 1200 were windows that you ordered incorrectly  and and were not the windows ordered according to the contract, so yes, I required the correct windows be installed."

"They did a good job for us. I recommend them and I also recommend getting into a co-op. It is all one company, I make one phone call since it is the complete system. They have a 25 year warranty. You own your equipment. You get a federal tax credit you can use over 5 years. They installed it in two days. Overall, price, system reliability, responsiveness is great.  I've called once to have them come out and put another screw in that thing before Mathew came through."

"The Technicians, Lee & Gage, were very polite, very respectful. My problem was Gas Water Heater had stopped heating the water. Fortunately, there was not a problem with the Gas Water Heater but the Pilot Light had gone out. It took less than 5 minutes for them to re-ignite the Pilot Light and about an hour later, I had Hot Water again!"
