Wayne was explicitly told to take care with them as they were Stetsons, Scalas and Santanas and had taken a long time to collect. They were crammed into a single box and came out completely crushed. We also learned from the movers that there was a lot of items that they should have packed but didn't - Wayne and Nate saying "they could just be placed on top" Overall - most everything made it in good order except our hats which are a total loss. Our previous movers completely destroyed our new home during the move and gave up on some furniture to take upstairs. The job needed to be done but because of the holiday, nobody was willing to come out or they were completely booked. I called C&C Hall and spoke with Carlos and he said he'll be there. He showed up, treated our home with respect and got things done. I had few IKEA pieces that needed to be put together and they successfully did that too. I was really impressed with the level of professionalism. We had a really heavy headboard that needed to go upstairs and they did it! Highly recommended!
