"I had them replace an asphalt shingle roof on a double wide trailer. I had 5 leaks visible inside from the old roof and they fixed them completely. This was done in December of 2024 but I wanted to wait till now after the summer rains started to make sure all the leaks were gone. The leaks surfaced in 2024 due large amounts of rain from passing hurricanes and it was exceptionally dry right after the job so I waited until the summer rains to give this review. They did a good clean up too. It was windy during the job so lots of shingle and tar paper fragments and staples from the tear off ended on the ground and they cleaned up it all. They used high tech white asphalt shingles at my request which limits heat gain and dont mildew. All and all a very professional outfit!"

We're still waiting on them to finish and have the inspection done. I've already started making payments on this project with the hope they'll finish soon. There were hiccups with installation from the startup and ongoing with the various teams that would show up either with the wrong equipment or lacking what was needed to complete the job. Continue to find screws in my driveway after every visit. On the last visit my camera caught the team dumping their uneaten lunch scraps on my front lawn. If they would have asked there's a compost bin in the back they could have used for that. Because of these hiccups and various others incidents that occurred in addition to the length of time this project is taking to complete I rate them #3. I'll upload photos later."
