"Although I hope I don't need a new roof anytime soon, I would not hesitate to hire Scott Allen Roofing again in the future. The owner was very responsive, came out and gave me a quote within 24 hours, and even offered to patch up my roof for free until the new one could be installed. Additionally, he kept in touch throughout the project's timeline and was happy to answer any questions I had about the process. The office staff was also quick to respond and happy to assist with whatever questions or concerns I had. The crew was also professional during the install and left the jobsite clean and orderly. As always, he did an excellent job, and he was very conscientious in his work. He painted our home eight years ago and was able to fix the massive peeling paint and rotten wood issues. I know that peeling paint issues are tricky and he removed at least half the paint on a few areas around the home. Over the years he has also pressure washed a few times and soft washed the roof. He stands by his work, providing a 10 year warranty on the paint job and uses premium materials and provided excellent preparation. We have had no trouble with the paint.
