"I received a call back within 10 minutes of submitting my request on SM. Paul agreed to stop by the next day to provide an estimate on a bathroom ceiling repair (plaster). He was on time and he was courteous and very respectful with us and our home. Upon deciding to contract his services, he showed up on time both days the job required. He did a magnificent job replastering the whole bathroom ceiling. Paul was very tidy in his craft, very clean and very amicable. I am very pleased with the outcome, his price was very fair. Although they are used for similar tasks, spackle and joint compound are not the same. Joint compound, also known as drywall mud, consists of limestone and gypsum and is primarily used for large-scale projects like taping and finishing seams on new drywall.
