They put up drywall, did all of the finishing work, put all 20 receptacles back in, put up floor and door trim and painted. They also replaced two casement windows and rehung two doors that were not installed properly by the previous homeowners. I plan on hiring them to replace the antiquated drop ceiling next."

He still refuses to repair the joke he created in my new home in Laurel. I had to hire several Contractors and spend thousands to correct the work Cac and Punj Holdings did to our new home. Punj Holdings is really Kuljit Singh and his gas station on 100 South Main Street in Bridgeville Delaware. Singh finances Cac and together they are ripping people off by building inferior homes with reclaimed products using illegal immigrants to construct homes that a third grade class could erect better. Mr. Singh has been convicted of bringing and distributing illegal drugs in our country. Now, he is building homes. If you see anything funded, built or for sale by Cac Home Builders or Punj Holdings...Please reconsider. Any person capable of bringing illegal drugs to our country that injured or killed many people should never be allowed to be in any business at all. I defended this Country and if my defense somehow permitted these two to function illegally and in full view? I am ashamed! Buyer Beware...currently Cac and Singh have a home for sale in Tussock Estates in Laurel. It has been on the market for about 200 days.
