Rames Roof

Minor repair work completed quickly and without surprises.

I hired Rames Roof on two occasions, for initial roof repair and eventually for a complete roof replacement. Both times the work was done in a timely manner and there have been no subsequent issues. I would recommend this company for anyone dealing with roof issues.

Beware of this contractor! Mark is the owner. He was assigned to me by choice home warranty for a roof leak and caused over $1,000 worth of damage to my property. He applied roof cement on top of my 8 year old roof's shingles. I have spoken with 4 roofing companies who all said this is not the correct application for my roof and there is nothing they can do to remove it. This was never discussed with me prior and I have an HOA that is requiring me to replace that section. Mark refuses to pay for the damage. In addition, he has not been able to identify the leak for over a month and his solution is to replace the back half of my roof which is under 10 years old. In the meantime, I have had mold growing on the ceiling. Please save yourself misery and money.

The crew that did the work was outstanding, hard working and friendly. They arrived first thing in the morning and stayed until almost dark.
