"I received a call back within 10 minutes of submitting my request on SM. Paul agreed to stop by the next day to provide an estimate on a bathroom ceiling repair (plaster). He was on time and he was courteous and very respectful with us and our home. Upon deciding to contract his services, he showed up on time both days the job required.
