The woman behind me who was waiting to ask her a question said. Listen, if you can't get what you want, I don't blame you for not spending the money. It's easy to reface. So, I called another company and, low and behold, I'm getting partial refacing and partial custom cabinets. He came and we discussed HOW I could get my carousel cabinet (uh - he suggested I go from a double to a single sink - easy peasy) AND, he came in at half the price your website suggested I might pay. It is really nice to be listened to...especially when it's MY money I'm spending."

He tried to say the price I paid did not include a backsplash but that he would come back and install for cash payments to him. Eventually the owner straighten out the problem. One of the selling points for hiring this company was that I was told they are all part of the company and that they did not have subcontractors. End result I was happy with completed job"
