"We can't express enough our genuine gratitude on the awesome job Mike and Nick did refacing numerous 7 yr. old painted cabinets. Totally unbelievable! They refaced all the kitchen cabinets up to our ceilings. Made legs for our granite kitchen table along with other custom things my husband wanted and refaced a powder room cabinet to the ceiling. The guest bathroom was also refaced. Finally, my bathroom was completely transformed. They added shelves to an enormous to the ceiling quadruple linen closet. Heightened and customized a large countertop, installed a larger sink plus added 2 additional drawers to my existing 4 drawers. Useless space under the sink, they put in a huge slide-in drawer. They can and will make anything you need or want and absolutely go above and beyond. Mike, Nick and Cheryl are extremely professional, personable and accommodating. We admire their super strong work ethic (never late and minutes for a lunch break). Always respectful and then hustled to finish a days work with smiles on their faces. I wish you could see all the work they did. They deserve 10 stars and the wait was well worth it--trust me. They were meticulous. Perfection at the highest level!!!! All this work was done in 4 days. Money very well spent and prices very reasonable. We trust and highly recommend them and the company (American Kitchen Refacing Inc.) they are affiliated with. Everyone deserves a promotion plus a bonus for ALL they can do."

"I normally do not take the time to do reviews but Mike is an exception. My mother needed her front porch re-painted. Upon arrival, Mike was punctual and with a "one of the guys" persona. I described what needed to be done and with a professional manner, he said he'll handle it. Fast forward in time when all was said and done, not only was the porch completely done but he noticed that the entrance door trim needed touching up and went ahead and did that without charging me extra! You are what you do not what you say and Mike is both professional and makes you feel like family. 10/10 would recommend."

In order to get "customer service" after the first problem with the shower, I had to practically make a threat. We had decided to return for the shower because of the quality of the product but after emailing, calling and writing , I still haven't had help for the second problem with the shower stall after more than six months. "The person who installed my cabinets did an excellent job. I would hire him personally. I did have an issue with the subcontractor who installed the granite countertops. He tried to say the price I paid did not include a backsplash but that he would come back and install for cash payments to him. Eventually the owner straighten out the problem. One of the selling points for hiring this company was that I was told they are all part of the company and that they did not have subcontractors. End result I was happy with completed job"

From the beginning I really clicked with Vivaldo, our sales guy. He was friendly and easy going. I'm not much of a phone person, so I was very happy that he was so responsive to email (unlike a lot of contractors). The two guys on the crew were great: friendly and professional. They did an amazing job. We can't get over how good the place now looks (much better than the old crappy paint job).
