"I hate being condescended to. Listen to what I want and then give suggestions on how I might be able to work that out in my kitchen. Don't just tell me it can't be done. I felt like I was wasting my time. I asked about a particular type of closet (not realizing it was part of a bigger cabinet...how would I know) and she told me to follow her (using her finger to me like a child) and said I couldn't have it because it was as part of a bigger piece. She could have just said that. I said if I can't make my kitchen more "usable" (less wasted space), WHY to with custom cabinets. I could just reface. The woman behind me who was waiting to ask her a question said. Listen, if you can't get what you want, I don't blame you for not spending the money. It's easy to reface. So, I called another company and, low and behold, I'm getting partial refacing and partial custom cabinets. He came and we discussed HOW I could get my carousel cabinet (uh - he suggested I go from a double to a single sink - easy peasy) AND, he came in at half the price your website suggested I might pay. It is really nice to be listened to...especially when it's MY money I'm spending."

"The person who installed my cabinets did an excellent job. I would hire him personally. I did have an issue with the subcontractor who installed the granite countertops. He tried to say the price I paid did not include a backsplash but that he would come back and install for cash payments to him. Eventually the owner straighten out the problem. One of the selling points for hiring this company was that I was told they are all part of the company and that they did not have subcontractors. End result I was happy with completed job"

"Great experience. Jerry replaced a couple shingles that blew off my roof. He also repaired many shingles that were loose and ready to come off also without additional expense to me. (Above and beyond) He is multi skilled and also did some other repairs around the house also. He does Do It All. All his prices were very fair and reasonable. Very impressed. Also got some other estimates for things to be done. Finally found a great handyman to do things we are not able to physically do. Plan on using him much more. Erin was also very helpful and professional. Response time was exceptional, came out and met me after my work hours and did repairs next day. Call them- you will be happy."

"We had every room in the interior of our 3,500 sq foot house painted, and they managed to finish in about 5.5 days. That was even with a couple of the guys calling out sick one day and severe weather that week. They were very neat and did a good job of keeping the house livable while they were working. The team leader was a younger guy named Mike Jr, and he was super nice, hard working, and very professional. Mike Jr's Dad, Mike Sr, was also on the team, and he was great too. The work was very good, and there were only a few minor spots that needed touch up after they were done. In their defense though, they offered to touch those spots up, but we didn't have extra trim paint left from when the house was built. I am happy that I hired Snow's Painting, and I would hire them again."
