A sales representative pressured me into signing a one-year contract by stating that he needed to secure one customer that day. Feeling cornered, I agreed to the contract, trusting the sales guy professionalism. However, after the first service, I decided to cancel the service. I was shocked when I was informed that the cancellation fee would be $250, despite having been told initially that the service fee was $100. The customer service agent was rude and he got furious after he heard about cancellation and determined to get 250$ from me. The entire experience has left me feeling deceived and frustrated.
