This company uses only snap traps and know-how to catch mice and to find and plug nearly invisible entry points. Work was thorough and workers were knowledgeable as well as friendly and polite. The cost is actually a bit too high for me because they sell only a package, which includes insect spraying (using a poison that is not really environmentally good--same poison most companies use) which I do not want but have to pay for anyway. However, the service I do want has been worth the cost."

I received a call to set up the appointment but I didn't answer right away because I did not recognize the caller. I returned the call but the person answering did not have information about who had called me. However, the person who I have first been in contacted got in touch with me and all issues were resolved. The invoice bill did arrive in the mail and the wrong amount was written. But the person who I was communicating via Angie list made sure everything was corrected.
