"They came on time and even discovered that spiders were invading my basement. They say they will follow-up in 30 days to see if there are any eggs. So far the problem seems to be under control."

"The worker told me that the inside of the chimney had deteriorated seriously and needed a liner. So that was a significant additional purchase. Used a different company the following year, and that worker told me the liner was not installed properly. It is impossible to say what actually is the case. I do not have enough knowledge to know.

"They did a great job. They solved all the problems I had with the chimney and it’s been working perfectly ever since. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It took them a couple of days to do the work. They took care of all the cleanup as well. We've been real happy with them."
