"Now, they are One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. In spite of our area having a heat wave, they were able to come out in less than 2 hours of my call. Joe J. fixed the problem in less than an hour, and my A/C was back on. Great price, too."

"Mark and helper climbed their ladder outside to the Soffit under the roof overhanging. They cleaned the vent and ran a brush all the way down to the clothes dryer. Now my clothes are dry and the amount of dust has increased due to the opened pathway. Any dust that came outside was cleaned up. Great job. Thanks!"

"Had an appointment for annual maintenance checkup. The Horizon tech was ontime, neat and polite. He checked all the routine items and resolved all of my concerns. He made a couple of recommendations for cleaner air circulation. All services were performed on my maintenance contract for no charge. This is the second heatpump that I've purchased from Horizon."

"Thank you John. We are looking forward to engaging your services with our next venting project."

He took the time to explain everything clearly, answer my questions, and make sure I understood the issue and solution. Nate was also very friendly, professional, and informative throughout the entire visit. I truly appreciated his expertise and excellent customer service. I would highly recommend Nate to anyone needing HVAC service."

"I had Montrell install some gas pipe for a dryer hook up. He is an absolute professional. Above and beyond what I expected. He was so good, I asked for him by name the next time I needed plumbing done. He connected my fridge water line."

"The technician, Steve, called me 25 minutes prior to his arrival. He was extremely knowledgeable about my gas fireplace. He vacuumed all areas. He informed me of the condition of the components. I was prepared to ask him a handful of questions that he was able to answer. My fireplace works very well and I strongly recommend using the Chimney Experts."

"Everything went great! The tech that came to clean the air ducts was very helpful and showed up before and after pictures. I would definitely use them again!"
