YODER'S CENTRAL AIR

Our home had two AC units, both over 20 years old. The one for the second floor broke down during the summer. Yoders came out the day after I called them and repaired it immediately. We asked for an estimate to replace both units, versus waiting until they broke down in the heat of next summer. Once again, they were immediately responsive. Justin, Andy and Byron are all customer service focused, clearly knowledgeable about their product and profession and fairly priced. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

Yoder's Central Air did a fabulous job and was right on target with our budget and completion timeframe.  They are just the nicest people to work with.  They were referred to us by another contractor, David Byler of Byler Builders.  We used David for foundation work and he asked us to give Phineas Yoder of Yoder's Central Air a call before we made a final decision, and I'm glad that we did.  So many of the other estimates that came back were not only much higher in price, but they were unable to install some of the ductwork in areas where it needed placement.  Yoder's didn't flinch!  They knew exactly how to accomplish what we wanted and they seemed happy for the opportunity.   We had a lot of concerns around the efficiency of the new systems that were discussed based on the fact that the house sits unprotected from the cold winter winds and blazing sun in the summer.  Because it was an older home, they encountered a few snags along the way, but they made sure that we were satisfied with their workmanship upon completion.  They were always courteous, punctual, cleaned up their work areas daily, and made changes as needed to the configuration of the system to accommodate the homeowner.  Mr. Yoder's son, Ryan and his assistants, did the majority of the work and did an exceptional job.  The only drawback was that because they started our project in mid-summer, they were swamped with other service calls and installations which they were trying to work our project around.... but it all worked out.  Needless to say, we LOVE how comfortable the house is year round, and it's so much more energy efficient.  We also used them later that season to maintenance a propane heater at our other home and they made quick work of that, too, at a reasonable price.  We'd  definitely use them AGAIN, and refer them to others! 

Very shortly after my maintenance check up with my previous company, First Class, my air was not COLD coming out of my vents.  First Class wanted to run a Freon leak test which would have cost me well over $400. Yoder came in tightened two loose connections and replaced a missing washer. Within 15 minutes they had my air conditioner working great. I would highly recommend Yoder's to anyone. They knew just what to do and did it without hesitation. Professional and very HONEST. Where First Class couldn't come out right away Yoder's did.I will definitely use them again.

He did a very good job. We had a problem with our air this summer and after a long day's work he still came by to help us out. He did a temporary fix and came back soon after to take care of it.
