His communication was great. He messaged me within 10 mins of my work request to their page. We got scheduled for the same week I reached out, so it was a good turnaround time. He was great at explaining the process of what was about to happen during the project and overall, they did a great job! Specially compared to the previous contractor who came before, the difference between the before and after was staggering!
