However, the roof continued to leak in the exact spots they supposedly repaired. They sent a crew out again, but the leaks persisted. Loria later visited the property and assured me that a crew would return to address the problem. Months have passed, and no one has shown up. Throughout this time, I?ve been given a series of excuses ? from lost service tickets to vehicle breakdowns and personal issues. Eventually, Len contacted me and denied any responsibility or offered solutions. For the price I paid, the quality of work has been completely unacceptable. The installation inside was done well and there was no cleanup I had to do when they left! Outside, I had one minor aesthetic concern that was addressed immediately the following day. More companies should be as responsive as Kinetic. Nicole and the office staff are a pleasure to deal with."
