I recently contracted Victor to do a couple projects on my home and was very pleased with his work. I first needed roof cleaning services to remove some algae and stains that had built up on shaded and northerly exposed areas of my roof. Victor worked carefully and meticulously to fully clean the roof and restore it to good condition. I also needed repairs to the roof fascia and a section of aluminum siding that had been damaged by a fallen tree branch. Other contractors I spoke with claimed that I couldn’t repair just a section of the siding and would need to replace the entire wall to avoid a mismatch of old and new colors. However, Victor was able to remove the damaged section of siding, replace it with a new section and then paint the new siding with an exact match in paint color so that it was impossible to tell where the damage had been. I was very happy with the quality of Victor’s work and his willingness to figure out a way of inexpensively replacing and painting over the damaged parts of my siding. l would definitely recommend his services.

It was a tremendous pleasure working with Victor. He seemed much more interested in doing business with me than the other contractors who provided estimates. His communication is excellent so I was never concerned that he would not follow through with his promises. I told him what I needed and he made several excellent recommendations along the way. It took him only two days to build a solid foundation and assemble a 7' x 7' plastic shed along with a great ramp to easily move things in and out. The shed looks great and I couldn't be happier with the very friendly Victor and the terrific job he did!

It went great!! Roof Clean Bright worked with us to complete this deck repair/rebuild to our specifications and wishes. They were professional, sensitive to family and time concerns due to noise, and made sure we were satisfied. And boy we are so happy with our new deck!!! It is now safe and will last another 20-40 years! It is a perfect addition to our home.

We are extremely satisfied by the work. We started with some roof fixing which was repaired beyond our expectation. We were so glad that asked to build a new shed on our backyard. The shed was built by custom design exactly how we wanted: with a loft and permanent stairs. Then we ordered a cedar fence (our old one didn't match the beauty of the new shed) and again, it was done perfectly. We highly recommend this company.

Victor encountered an unanticipated problem - the workmen who built the fence used concrete footings, but did not protect the wood near the base, which rotted. His attempts to put in parallel posts were precluded by the existing concrete footings, so we opted to wait until the fence falls and needs replacement. He did not charge us because he could not complete the job. We appreciated his effort and honesty.

This was the second time Victor had cleaned my roof, and I am again, very pleased with the results. Not only did he clean my roof, but he installed a new gutter system, replaced some missing siding, and wooden fascia boards. Excellent service and amenable to changes. Victor was excellent in explaining possible modifications, and gaining my approval, prior to starting. Contract was clear. He kept the area clean and accessible while they were working on it. On time and let me know his schedule, during the month he, and his contractors, were at the house working on a variety of things.

Victor is a meticulous handyman. Recently we hired him to power wash our sidewalk, home and composite deck. After the cleaning, he skillfully added custom trim and repainted the surrounding exterior. Wow! Everything looks fresh and new! We always call Victor first for any handyman projects in our home and when he takes the job, his work is meticulous and completed on time and at the cost he provides on his estimate.

Roof was in desperate need of cleaning including moss in some places. Hired Roof Clean Bright (Victor Fedoseyev) based on great reviews on Angie's list. I was not disappointed. Victor called instantly and was out within days to clean my roof. Victor showed up on time and was very friendly. He worked hard for a full day and my roof (and gutters) looks like new! This was our third time working with Victor and we could not be more pleased. Last year, we had a new roof installed and learned our gutter gutter guards had deteriorated. We had several contractors inspect the gutters and we decided on using Victor for the installation because of his superior product knowledge and competitive pricing. Victor cleaned the gutters, made any repairs needed, and installed the new gutter guards promptly. The new gutter guards have been working wonderfully well, even during the heaviest rains. We had a 20+ year old shed where we stored lawn equipment under our deck, which had deteriorated over time. Victor evaluated the condition of the shed and recommend we demolish it rather than trying to do repairs. Victor removed all of the old wood, hardware, and cleaned the concrete foundation walls behind shed, so that when he was done the area sparkled. He then took down a child's wooden play set in the trees behind our home. He removed all of the old wood so there is now little evidence that anything stood there. On all of these tasks, he worked tirelessly to make sure the end result was excellent. I highly recommend Victor for any handyman tasks you may have as well as for siding and roof cleaning. If you want it done right, Victor is the person for the job -- he is easy to work with, knowledgeable, and thorough in his work -- A+++.

Excellent! Victor came and explained what he would be doing to the roof. Then got to work and the roof looked wonderful. He also re-attached a couple of pieces of loose siding and checked the gutters for debris. Victor is a delight to work with and I would call him again without hesitation -- A+.

We have had Victor work on various jobs - earlier this month, he fixed our roof ridge vent. We had a roof leak last month with all the rain and he was able to come out within a few days to check it out. Victor recommended we add more protection around the ridge venting since rain/wind was coming in between the venting, which had been installed by another contractor years before. We have not had any more water leaks. In the past, Victor has cleaned our roof/gutters, fixed our chimney brick, and fixed water damage and rotting wood on our shed roof. Victor is honest, does a great job and charges a fair price for the work he does. I'd highly recommend him and use his services again.

Victor showed up when scheduled. After a brief conversation about roof cleaning and the material to be used, he got to work cleaning the gutters and roof. When he was done, the roof looked like new again. He also inspected the roof and gutters for any damage while cleaning and reported everything looked in fine repair. Overall, it was a great experience. I would hire Victor again and recommend him to all of my neighbors.

Victor responded very quickly to my inquiry and came out first thing the next morning (Saturday) to give me an estimate. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave me a price that compared very favorably with other estimates. He did the work himself and was both thorough and gentle on my roof and surrounding shrubbery.
