All went great. They came last week to give me an estimate. On time and called in advance. Explained the repairs and gave me an estimate that I thought was extremely reasonable for the work to be done. Today was my scheduled day to do the repairs. On time and prompt. Repairs were done and was very happy with their quality of work. They explained what was done and skid if I had any questions. Would highly recommend. Hopefully no more chimney problems but would definitely use again.

Excellent experience. Roger arrived early with an assistant having called to verify I would be available. He checked the chimney liner from the oil burner looking up and then went onto the roof to check it from the top down. It said it was in good shape and did not require a cleaning. As a result he did not charge me. It's such a pleasure to find a business with integrity, one that did not try to sell an unnecessary service. I can understand why his ratings are so high. I will absolutely engage Best Way Chimney for any future scope they can perform and recommend Roger and Best Way unreservedly.

Excellent company to do business with, took advantage of cleaning special, I had a broken damper and the cap was hanging off the chimney. They ordered the replacement parts I needed and returned to do all the work needed in a timely and professional manner. Highly recommend.

Roger, the owner,and a colleague expertly installed a chimney liner,overcoming a blockage, in my old very tall home right on schedule— in the pouring rain no less. Nothing goes according to plan in our home built the year of the Titanic, but Roger kept at it until the job was done perfectly,expertly and using top gauge materials. Not on price quoted—Unbelievably at a reduced price. If you need help with a chimney they’re truly the “Best way” to go. Few things happily surprise my husband ,with home repairs especially . This experience was one!! Super.

Discovered that a liner was needed to be put in as pieces were breaking in the original. Not only did they clean the chimney but they put in the liner and a new outside cap put on as the other came off with the high winds we had. This was in February 2019; they did an excellent job, were on time and very helpful; cleaned up better than the basement area looked before they came in. Informed me that since I had converted to gas and with the new liner didn't need cleaning again as gas is clean and efficient. They relieved my mind considerably; I would recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

Roger and his crew were outstanding. They did a wonderful job and went above and beyond for us. I had received several other (much higher) quotes for installing a new liner, before I found Roger and Best Way on Angie's List. I also noticed he had a special on the price for certain types of chimney. I called, he looked up our house on line, correctly assessed our chimney size and said we were eligible for the discount. We hired him immediately. We were so happy with his professionalism and how he took the time to explain everything to us that we have decided to switch to Best Way for all our fireplace/chimney needs. Thanks, Roger!.

During a routine sweep, owner Roger discovered what could have been a serious problem: crumbling of the interior of the sixty year old chimney. He recommended the installation of a stainless steel liner to prevent further erosion. The job was fairly priced and done efficiently. They were on time and very neat. Plus, Cathy in the office is a pleasure to deal with in setting up the appointment, etc.

I had some loose bricks on my chimney and water was leaking into my fireplace. Best Way provided an estimate with a couple of options, to repair the loose bricks and to repoint the entire chimney. They wouldn't guarantee their work unless they did the repair and repointing together. I priced out other chimney repair companies, all provided me with different repair options and prices. I thought Best Way provided the most realistic and cost effective proposal. Overall I was happy with their work and the two masons that did the work were courteous, professional and did a good job of cleaning up after they completed the project. Although Best Way did have comparable pricing when compared to the other companies I received estimates from I feel like the prices for this work were higher than they should be. In total the cost of labor comes out to about $200\hr for each mason. I know these companies have to make a profit, but... Overall I was happy with the work they did and would hire again. Not happy with the pricing of these companies in general.

Roger arrived promptly and began inspection of the chimney and fireplace. We requested a chimney liner installation using the discount on Angie's List ($1150). Upon inspection, Roger told me that the fireplace chimney already had a working liner and just needed a cleaning. The fireplace insert pipe required cement repair at the connection where it had dried and come loose. The cost of the work required was $150. Roger's honesty and professionalism needs to be acknowledged here. We appreciate it and will definitely recommend him to others. We will be using Best Way Chimney again for our cleanings and any repairs that come up. Thank you Roger for a job well done.

Honest and professional!!!! No gimmicks. Fair price. Thomas was great. Came promptly, climbed on roof to see chimney issues and then described to me in detail what needed to be done. Other companies had exaggerated what needed to be done and would have cost hundreds of dollars more than Best Way for work that was not necessary. I agreed to the repairs, which were made the same day. I am grateful for their honesty and professionalism.

Tommy and John were fantastic. they diagnosed my problem with my chimney immediately and repaired it on the spot. We had other estimates that were much higher and Best Way charged us much less for the same job! Would definitely use them again, and highly recommend them for your chimney work or repairs.
