"We had a lot of outdoor repair and fixing on our deck and area. Ham and his crew came out and did it so thorough cleanly and beautifully. We immediately hired him to do our windows caulking and painting. "Santos repaired brickwork on steps and porch foundation; also repaired and painted attic windows and a decorative window on an upper floor. He had to come back to complete the work (because of weather) and he did that promptly. His fee was very reasonable."
