Gene and his team did a wonderful replacing one of my roofs, replacing my front gutter, repairing my front columns and fascia, sanding and painting the wood timbres I have had for many years that house my front garden and solar ornaments.. They also did a wonderful job painting my alley walkway, doing a partial replacement of my porch floor and wonderfully tarping the floor as well. Taking over and repairing my family home that I inherited from my mother has and continues to be a labor of love, and Gene and his team are one of the reasons why. They are easy to talk to and Gene is flexible and reasonable with estimates, budgeting, and warranty. I highly recommend him.

Climbed on roof for 10 minutes, applied some caulk, charged $400, and left. Roof leak was not fixed.

"Hi sir sorry for getting back to this review so late just noticed it right now but I dont know who this is at all the only Neil S I know that I did a roof repair was from 2019 and I did caulk skylights after already had tar put on by the homeowner I gave that person 2 options 1 was caulk it and see if it works kinda did for 4 year and the other was replace the the flashing and shingles they went with the cheaper option never heard back from them so I dont think its you but I might be wrong feel free to call me havent had a voicemail about leaky skylights so I know you havent called me at all my name is gene Parker the owner"
