"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"Beyond pleased with the work completed with our 2 bathrooms. Our master bathroom sustained water damage last April. Due to the incompetence of our homeowners insurance company dragging their feet the bathroom became infested with mold. Bethel gave an extremely great price on removal of the mold and then remodeling the entire bathroom from sub-floor and up. We also asked him to put down a new floor in our second bathroom. He and his employees are conscientious with their work ethic. They come to your house prepared and get right to work. They're quiet with conversation and courteous to your family. My wife and I are extremely happy and satisfied with the end results. I've already told Bethel that he has more projects coming his way once the weather breaks.
