"I just had my roof replaced with Lane Roofing. Shawn Keys was very honest and helpful. He inspected my roof and told me everything that needed to be repaired and replaced and updated me through the whole process and shared photos from start to finish. The crew was great. They showed up early and cleaned up like they were never there. I would highly recommend Lane Roofing & Exteriors."

"Excellent company with exceptional customer service. I had a quote I was happy with and they had an opening and they were able to get me in right away. After they left I walked around the house to pick up any nails or trash because I had a complete tear-off and reroof and I was sure to find some nails but there was not a single one. When the crew packed up and left it was if they were never there.Except I had a brand new roof that looks amazing. That's one worry of owning a home that I won't have to face again. With the warranty with the products and coastal warranty on their work, I am completely at ease. Definitely give them a shot before you have any roofing work done."

"Exceptional work by the team at M.R. Hunter. Old cedar siding removed, new PVC siding installed. The new siding retained the look of the original wood with the advantages of a maintenance free material. The MR Hunter team was professional, listened to any concerns, maintained a clean work site, showed up and worked full days. We are enjoying the new siding and highly recommend MR Hunter."

"We ended up seeking 4 quotes for a small job, Had lost a few shingle due to recent high winds on a 16 yr old roof. One contractor
from Berlin, refused to travel 30 mi to quote unless we guaranteed we were going to contract. Two others looked at the roof, took
measurements, but one never gave us a quote, and the other was $8000.
.One week later, Spicer Bros installed the roof. Brian Spicer, Kevin (field supervisor) and all the crew were extremely professional.
