"I got a deal from Berger about their table pad and just in time for my new dining room set. I didn't have time to set the template due to a new baby in the house. "Octavio has helped me with a lot around my house, from big to small! He has helped me with chimney repair and patched a seal around the chimney so it would not leak into my home. He rebuilt my deck, it was sinking on one side so he raised and supported the deck, and extended the walkway for extra seating. He also installed a vinyl fence in my backyard, repainted exterior siding, replaced a window sill that had wood rot, minor roof repairs, and replaced and exhaust fan in my attic. If he can not get to you right away, he will let you know, but he is very flexible to work with your schedule. He does not mind if the job is big or small. I have had problems with other contractors not calling me back, but Octavio always calls back, shows up, he is very polite and courteous, he will let you know if there is another part of the project outside of the estimate and let you know all the options available."
