He worked with us on the design, obtained materials, performed some of the work himself (with assistants) and retained subcontractors as necessary to get the job done. The quality of the work is great and we are extremely happy with the finished product. This project did not go as planned, but not at the fault of basement systems. Was originally supposed to get a BILCO door but due to unforseen issues, that was not able to happen. They ended up installing a new staircase from my basement to ground level. Work was first rate and ended up better than a bilco door. Company re landscaped and everything is as it was.
