On the morning of the appointment, they arrived bright and early, keeping us updated as they removed the tree, ground the stump and carefully repositioned some stones and other decorative garden items we had in that area. They did a procedure called "re-balancing" and actually weighted the tree in specific areas until it could take hold - and it is surviving as well. His pricing is spot on as well. They pulled up the old plastic & leveled out the ground underneath, removed moss from the concrete wall, added a weed deterrent, laid down new landscaping paper, & put the cleaned stones back & added edging. They were professional, polite, & worked diligently. I thought the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them."
