They did a procedure called "re-balancing" and actually weighted the tree in specific areas until it could take hold - and it is surviving as well. His pricing is spot on as well. They pulled up the old plastic & leveled out the ground underneath, removed moss from the concrete wall, added a weed deterrent, laid down new landscaping paper, & put the cleaned stones back & added edging.
