Within an hour, Joe B, a manager at Green Lawn, called me to apologize and explain why the treatment may not have been correctly recorded in my records. He was apologetic and kind. The fact that he responded so quickly and was so sincere really impressed me. I also have found the technicians (who do the treatments) to be very friendly too. Therefore I’ve upped my rating and intend to use this company again in 2026."

I'm asked to provide proof; unfortunately, my old camera system can't handle a 20-minute download to prove that the customer is not lying. "Juan, his son and the rest of the crew did a great job in repairing and installing a16 foot second wall with column to my patio. They also had to remove half of the pavers to re-level the patio and added pavers to fill-in the 3 feet of bed between the house and the patio on the left side of the steps. They were punctual and very professional. They laid down 4x8 plywood from my front driveway around the back of my house for heavier equipment to protect my grass. My wife and I could not be more pleased with the job that they did and plan to have them back next spring to add some lights to the other wall and columns as we really like the one's that they installed on the new wall."

Bill Sapp Completed his studies in Turf and Ornamentals at Rutgers University in the mid eighties and proceeded to have a wonderful career on various golf courses in Colorado , Arizona, and Maryland.
