Wow just wow! We have hired Bio Lawn for the last four years to service our lawn and can’t tell you how beautiful our lawn has become. Full, lush and weed free. They come on schedule and efficiently do their job. These guys are knowledgeable and professional. My lawn has never been in such prestige condition, all thanks to the Bio Lawn team. I hired Bio Lawn to do regular lawn maintenance in about March of 2018 and for the first year they provided fairly decent and service. However in May of 2019 they performed the regularly-scheduled lawn treatment and shortly aftewards large swaths of my lawn began to die. Now obviously I can't definitively say the treatment was the cause, the grass was in excellent health right up until that point. I then contacted Bio Lawn to inform them of this and tell them to investigate the cause of my grass dying in hopes that they might fix it. A few days later, a representative of Bio Lawn responded to me after checking out my lawn and determined that Bio Lawn was not at fault and would therefore neither attempt to repair the damaged spots or provide a refund for the treatment. This representative even had the audacity to imply that I killing my own lawn by improper mowing. To note, I have been mowing my lawn in the same manner for many years with the same mower with no issues. Needless to say, I found all this to be completely unreasonable and subsequently canceled all contracts with Bio Lawn. I would strongly caution future customers as their customer service and communication leave much to be desired.

"Mr. [Member Name Removed] called us about a small brown spot on his lawn. He went on to highlight that it was bc of the treatments and had nothing to do with any other factors. He expressed how he didn't want us to repair it but rather wanted a refund for the treatments we provided. Customer was told that we would go by to look at the spot, so we can identify the cause. Mr. [Member Name Removed] wouldn’t even give us the chance to come by, without contacting us numerous amount of times. After identifying the issue, we contacted him explaining several factors that can cause this to occur (all of which have nothing to do w/ the lawn treatments applied). The factors mentioned explained how spots like this can occur, especially this time of year when the weather is hot/humid. Some factors mentioned were improper mowing techniques (the customer didn’t understand and accused us of saying that he didn't know how to mow his lawn- This is false as we have emails of all conversations). Another imperative factor was improper watering. In this case, the customer doesn't have an irrigation system, so it's unclear to us if the lawn was getting sufficient amount of water or any at all. We explained to Mr. [Member Name Removed] this was neither fertilizer or chemical related, any professional lawn technician can assure this. We assured him that we would keep an eye on it and if the issue doesn't correct itself in a few weeks, we would even repair it for him at no charge (when the time and weather permits). Mr. [Member Name Removed] immediately wrote this unpleasant review and cancelled service. We've serviced his lawn for less than a full season w/ great results, as he mentioned in his review. We have emails/pictures to dismiss any false accusations written by this customer. Bio Lawn is a reputable company and our goal is to always provide our customers w/ excellent service. We tried to accommodate him but he insisted to get a refund for all treatments or he would write us a negative review. Unfortunately, it was impossible to satisfy this customer. Bio Lawn Team"

My lawn looks awesome since they have been treating it!! They also done a great job aerating and seeding it during the Fall season. Customer service is excellant and the techs are polite,on time, and very knowledgeable when I have a question or concern. Pricing is very good compared to the other services that have come by with quotes.

Stellar services! I used Bio Lawn for lawn treatments and pest control services. My lawn has never been in such great condition since these guys took over and treated our lawn. As for pest control, it works very well and keeps all insects out of my home, especially ants. I highly recommend Bio Lawn to anyone in need of a lawn care & pest control services!

Bio Lawn came out and treated my lawn with extra care and attention. They are always careful so they don't tear up the lawn after it rains and they make sure they blow the fertilizer off my driveway and sidewalks. Also, we hired them to provide perimeter pest control, it works really well. Overall Bio Lawn is a great company and does excellent work.

After years of searching, we have found a company that actually cares about our lawn. We were amazed at how much better the lawn could look so quickly. Bio Lawn performed an aeration, and we watched as many areas were treated 3 times and then carefully seeded and fertilized. There was no comparison to aeration treatments we have had in the past. From our first conversation I knew this was the company to maintain our lawn for years to come. If you are a lawn perfectionist, this company for you.

These guys have done such a great job treating our lawn. We were looking for a lawn care provider that treated their lawn as if it were their own, and Bio Lawn has accomplished that. It feels great knowing that Bio Lawn has made a huge difference, we now have grass that holds the soil during heavy rain, no more erosion! They are extremely responsive to our concerns. Along with treating our lawn we have been using them for their mosquito barrier control. The results have been by far the best compared to other pest companies. We have been enjoying sitting outside at anytime of the day. We highly recommend them for all the services that they offer to their customers.
