"Amazing experience! The salesman (Alex Cox) was extremely polite and professional. He was more interested in getting us the product we needed than selling us as much as he could. Even after the sale was made, he stayed in contact through the installation process to make sure we were satisfied. The installation team did a great job too. Professional, hard-working and very knowledgeable. They spent extra time making sure it was right and even widened the duct leading from the unit to improve airflow, at no extra charge.
