DO NOT USE ROSE’S !!! Very disturbing to say the least! The owner sent three individuals including her husband to my home and I’m here dealing with the agonizing aftermath! A broken washing machine, and a dirty stove and oven. While they were there she decided not to take our phone calls and resorted to texting claiming she wanted to save our communication but as it turned out, she sent inexperienced cleaners instead of doing the job they were hired, they have now left behind a broken washing machine , dirty towels and bed covers in addition to a dirty oven. She is justifying the damages by saying they don’t wash bedding and this isn’t their problem:

"What you are saying does not match what was agreed upon when I sent you the prices. I gave you three prices. I gave you the price for the regular cleaning. I gave you the price for the first simple deep cleaning. I gave you the price for the best deep cleaning, that was included your oven, because we had never been to your house and cleaned it before, normally we charge more for the first time. Our clients usually pay more for the first cleaning and extra for extra jobs. You decided to go for the cheapest cleaning, one that wasn’t included the oven. When our helpers arrived at your house, there was sheets and towels to be wash and dry, and comforts too in the laundry room, We put sheets and towels to wash and dry for you and didn’t charge extra for that. We only charging for the comforts, because it was 3 helpers in the house and the house was already finished you told us to wash the comforts we had to stay 3 hours more to wash and dry it, you could’ve had paid us extra or took to a laundromat because the comforts are too heavy and big, you didn’t like when we asked for extra, and told me that your girlfriend [Member Name Removed] woulve get in touch with me, I asked her if you guys could’ve paid us extra for the comfort, so after she told us we could go then, and I was very responsible to ask her if their was no one in the house if we could leave the washer machine on, she told me to wait a moment that she would ask you if it could, afterwords couple minutes she told me “ yes you guys can leave”. we turn the machines off, when it was spinning, we turned all the lights off and closed the doors of the house and even asked Anna to lock the door us same way that they unlocked."

I have used Rose’s Cleaning services since early November 2022. I am more than pleased! Only had 1 issue in the beginning & it was rectified immediately & since then no complaints. The girls are courteous, attentive to what I want done & get everything done in a great time period.

Rose and her team did an amazing job cleaning my home. They were recommended to me by a friend from work. They paid great attention to detail and are willing to tidy rooms along with cleaning them. The price was very reasonable for a deep clean and a regular clean. They are trust worthy and kind and good with pets. I look forward to having her clean my home regularly!

Team showed up on time and went right to work. I’m picky and was impressed. My boys told me I need to keep them. I had a burnt spot on my stove for over 6 months. I could not get it off nor could my previous cleaning service. It is now gone. I’m very happy and will have them back every other week. Highly recommend!

The company did a great job. I felt the original price was high for the size house we have & Rose worked with me to lower the price. She is very professional as are the house cleaners that work for here. You should consider hiring her.

It went great! I paid 5$ per window on first visit and everything smells so clean and looks great! I have three kids and a golden retriever and could probably have weekly cleaning! I found the company to be punctual , dependable, and efficient and am very happy with the choice!!

I hired Rose to clean for my elderly mother who lives in a 2-story home. She brings all the cleaning supplies and does everything that is expected for a full house cleaning. The house it spotless when she leaves. I would highly recommend.

I hired Rose to clean my vacation home for periodic rentals on AirBnb. She is fantastic. I get compliments from the guests on how clean the house is, and she has been very accommodating on scheduling around the guests' needs and changes in their plans.
