"Presidential Exteriors were by far the most professional contractors I have ever worked with. Some people might not like the fact that they want all decision makers present when they come over, but this is so they don’t waste time coming out again. At first, we thought the price was high but after the job was completed, we felt like we got every bit of what we paid for, if not more. Almost every inch of the exterior of our house (except windows and doors but including gutters and downspouts) were replaced and our 1968 built house now looks brand new. We contracted for a new roof (new shingles and board replacement) for the house and horse barn. We also had a large skylight replaced. This was a big job and Felix and his roofing team were great. They worked from sunrise until well after dark and completed everything in two days even though my roof had some issues. Michael and his team installed Hardie Board siding on the entire house. This was a huge job and the finished product looks incredible, especially the detail work like the trim and capping around windows and doors, and the new soffit and fascia under and on the roof overhang. Michael personally bent all the aluminum himself and took great pride in his work. We never expected the finished product to look so good. I work from my house so I was concerned about how that would work out, but everyone was so friendly and respectful that it was never an issue. Jake the project manager, Eva the project coordinator and the Operations Department were also great to work with. Jake did the final inspection with me, coordinated the removal of excess materials and set up some minor touch up work that needed to be done. This is an extremely well managed company and I highly recommend them for any exterior work."

"Our job was in Washington, DC to evaluate and repair a metal and shingle roof on one property that were allowing moisture stains inside. From the first phone call to Mr. Jim August, father, the customer service was exemplary, friendly, efficient, and informative. The appointment was set for the same day. We received before work site pictures, repair estimates with options and explanations immediately. We scheduled the work for the next day; it was completed totally and excellently that same day. The work required repair and coating metal roof, skylight, new gutters, downspouts and replacing fascia board. We received from son George August 14 after work pictures of various angles to see all completed work. The warranty was great. The project end conversation and payment process were informative and just as agreed. This is a family business. Five stars in all categories. He was the only tinting company I actually got a call back from the first day, and worked hard to provide incredible services within my tight window (no pun intended!). Bob was knowledgeable, friendly, and flexible, and the installer Mike was very talented and punctual. Bob warned of a potential for small cracks between the window and the tint but you would have thought the tint was a part of the actual window. I would hire them 100x over and cannot recommend them enough."

"Everything went very well, from the estimate to the complete installation. Randy was very easy to work with, and was very efficient. He needed to replace some of the wood, once he removed the old skylight, and the work was done promptly and perfectly. He did not try to push products or services that were not required and cleaned up the work area completely. I will definitely be calling Reinforced Skylights when skylight #2 needs replacing as well. This time I won't waste so much time waiting on other companies to return my calls. My only regret is I didn't know they could have worked on the dry wall replacement as well.
