Great service, expert repair and kept to the estimate. The skylight was a part of an apartment building in the historic district, so the frame was old and difficult to work with. Frank and Nick were patient and precise in their work, which paid off in the end. They even went the extra mile by brushing down and cleaning the skylight that had not been cleaned in years. All-in-all, I was very impressed with their work and the level of care they put in the work. They were careful not to disturb objects within the apartment and did an excellent job cleaning once they had finished.

It went as expected- they installed three windows in one day and they look great. they didn't leave a mess afterwards.

The quality of the glass was fine, it was the professionalism and attention to detail that was a huge concern. Workers did not have anything to cover their shoes when they entered the house thereby getting the carpet dirty. When the glass for the shower was brought in the house, it was dragged up the steps and the black protective covering on the edge of the glass left black marks running up the carpet steps. When brought to the attention of the elder of the two workmen, he argued that they had not done it "its dirt from your carpet" ! My son and I couldn't believe what we were hearing! Needless to say I gave the younger of the two carpet cleaner and a vacuum to take care of it. Installation was a nightmare. First of all, materials for installation were placed on my bed!! The door of the shower was not aligned and did not close properly, the bottom of the shower had not been caulked and therefore water ran into the bathroom's interior. All of these issues took place after the second visit. Measurements for the glass were initially incorrect so they had to return with new glass, Sorry to say the measurements were not correct the second time either. As of this moment I still have issues with water running between the glass doors onto the bathroom floor. What a nightmare! When asked to correct the problems, the elder workman was very argumentative, talking over the person who tried to explain what they wanted done. Unprofessional. The caulking was not beaded properly and a black shim was used for the side of the wall which could be seen through the acrylic caulk! I could go on, but I think you get the gist that we were not satisfied, especially when we had to clean up behind the workers once they left. Never again.
