Explain very well what was wrong with the old, outdated cartridge, which is 15 years old. Give me the choice to replace the whole assembly because they do not make that kind of cartridge anymore. "A First Rate experience. Showed up same day, diagnosed the issue in < 15 minutes (as I thought, well pump was finally dead (going on 32 years old so I can't say it owed us anything)), 1.5 hours later water was back on with a new pump. Price was right in the range it was supposed to be in. We will be having him back next week to do additional work with our filtration system and some water testing we wanted done. If our opinion changes I will report, but as it sits, this guy is a keeper, and his card will be getting space on the fridge."
