"After a thorough investigation into this matter I found that the email that the client originally gave us and the lab was no longer an email they actively use. Although we are truly sorry the client did not receive the email from the lab with the report we had no control over the email address our client gave us to use and it is an email address that can except emails so we had no idea the client was no receiving correspondence. If the client had not received a report from the lab all he had to do was call us and we would have simply called the lab and gotten the email address straightened out."
