They showed up on time every day, worked super hard, cleaned up after themselves, and locked up. Lisa was so quick to respond and helped with everything from stain advice to payment options. She really cares and wants her clients to be happy. Marcos is such a lovely person. He's super talented and knows his trade. He's truly a master craftsman. I highly and without any reservation recommend Reis to anyone who wants to restore their hardwood floors! I want to mention that we had two massive pet stains (left by the previous owners) by the entrance and in the dining room. but Marcos sanded them away brilliantly. There's no sign they were ever there. This company is so honest and fairly priced. Marcos didn't charge me extra for anything! They detailed all costs (we chose the more expensive Bona water based poly)--and I am one extremely happy and satisfied customer! I would give them 10 stars if I could! Communication was a breeze.
