"It went soooo well! When I called to request a pickup, I had no difficulty getting through via telephone. I learned that I could also place a request for my pickup via the internet/website too. I gave them my credit card, and walla! the next day, my bag was emptied and I went back to my project. Since I own this bag, I don't feel pressure getting it filled because it is being picked up at the end of the rental. I call when I'm ready! Not when someone else is.The best part of this was that, although on the surface, it appears to be more expensive than when you rent a dumpster, but with a dumpster you pay for the weight. This you don't. It makes life easier because you have no surprises. Plus my driveway and yard is still in tact and my wife doesn't complain about an ugly dumpster. Can you tell how happy we are! We would highly recommend this to all of our friends and family!"

"I had my whole yard fenced in originally with vinyl and chain link fencing by Paragon Fence. Two posts of the vinyl portion of the fence heaved out of the ground because the original company did not dig the posts at the required depth. When this happened, the original company did not help me so I contacted Durham. They came out and repaired the 2 sections and did a good job. I live in a high point of the city with a lot of heavy winds during the winter and the fence repair has held up very well. I appreciate their help since most companies will not repair a shoddy job done by other companies. "I have had a persistent roof leak in my room in tricky location where there is a jut out and a roof line meets into the siding. There was an ant infestation and some rot. I had paid someone $300 a couple of years ago to fix the roof and it still had leaked. I had taken the time to get a couple of other estimates and went with Nanfito Roofing. Although more expensive, my decision was based on the fact that I received a thorough explanation from Joseph (the sales rep) of what repairs were needed which included replacing 4 ft of shingles, adding new snow and water barrier as well as adding new step flashing. Not wanting to have to do this repair again, and having already thrown money at the problem, convinced me that extra effort was needed in this case. Efforts were made to also match the existing shingles (fortunately, I had held on to the packaging when when had it done and the company that made the shingles was still in business) So far so good. Checked after a recent rain storm and the area looked dry."

"From the moment I met Jose he was professional, following up on the appointment date and time. When I arrived we discussed the details as he took notes on exactly what I wanted. With 15 minutes I had a detailed quote and Jose clearly explained the contracting and payment options. I passed the quote on to my kids who currently do not live in state. Jose answered all their questions and sent photos of the materials they use. Upon contracting, Jose kept in touch with installation details and timing. He was able to start and finish the product much sooner than anticipated. He was present when installation started and proudly introduced his son who owns the business and does the work with helpers.
