"Mr. [Member Name Removed], I think that your review is very unfair. Your driveway and curb was installed in April (2021). Not once have you called the office to address these concerns with us. We always listen to our customers and do everything in our means to correct issues of concern. If you were that dissatisfied with your curb, why did you not call us and let us address this with you on-site and in person? Tire marks on newly paved asphalt driveways is so very common. Did you read the back of your estimate "YOUR NEW DRIVEWAY, THE HOW, WHY AND WHEN OF BLACKTOP DRIVEWAY CARE"? Yes, you are advised to stay off your new driveway for 3 days, but it could take up to 18 months to cure, not 3 days, not even a week. Again, why did you not call and talk to us regarding your tire marks? We get calls like this all the time. If it's possible to have someone go out quick and it's with in their means to fix it on the spot, it gets fixed. Other wise we always go back to our customer in the fall, when the weather is cooler and fix tire marks. These concerns could have been addressed and corrected with a phone call.
