"EZ dump has very reasonable pricing. The owner is punctual & very respectful of your time. I asked for a quote & he offered to come out the same exact day to give the quote & was able to do the job 2 days later & I was very pleased with the finished product. "Mike and his crew were wonderful to work with. They were professional and always communicative, worked very neatly and executed this project very well. And they were very courteous to say the least. I ended up rehiring for a large fence removal. He also did some hauling of debris just before my house sold and went the extra mile and taking an old shelf out of the basement."

Hauling questions, answered by experts

In most areas, the local sanitation service will take a few small pieces of concrete and other construction debris per pickup at no additional cost, but this varies based on your location. You can contact your sanitation department for more information. In many areas, you’ll need to call for bulk pickup for concrete pieces, which may cost you a small flat fee. If you’re looking to dispose of large amounts of concrete, it’s best to hire a concrete disposal service near you to avoid the process taking weeks or even months.

Delaying flooded basement cleanup increases the risk of mold growth, structural damage, and exposure to contaminants. Mold and bacteria can cause serious health risks such as respiratory issues, allergic reactions, and worsen existing conditions, making prompt cleanup essential for safety. Addressing water damage quickly helps protect your family’s health and home value.

There are several small, inexpensive upgrades you can make to upgrade your basement. Although you still need to adhere to building codes and obtain permits when necessary, you can complete small but mighty tasks like painting the masonry walls and installing entertainment devices to make the space more usable.

In most cases, the money you’ll spend on concrete disposal is well worth the investment. Concrete is heavy and often bulky, so moving it manually can be dangerous and time-consuming. A professional disposal company will have equipment and machinery to expedite the process and keep everyone safe in the process. Additionally, some companies can save you some money on dumping fees if they work with other entities that take recycled concrete.

Costs depend on concrete thickness, removal method, labor, and disposal fees.
