Richard, originally was going to charge me $100 for gas price and distance. I assisted him removing the door and he knocked price down to $80, because I helped him. He was early, and responded to phone calls timely. I might use him again.

The owner showed up at the arranged time in a pickup with a large box over the bed. He loaded and hauled away the first brush pile and part of the second pile. After he returned he finished the second pile and still had room in the truck. I asked him if he would take a pile of old scrap wood and he agreed for no extra charge if I would cart the wood to his truck, which I did. I appreciated his doing this as the brush had to be kept separate from the construction scrap for the transfer station.

This man is amazing! He called next day when we left a message the night before. We asked for removal of a couch. Said he could do it the next day. He called before he came - came on time – took the couch – on his own, mind you – and we asked if he could also remove a recliner that was on the 2nd floor. No problem! He was very careful about the doors and walls and stairs as he moved the furniture out. He also does debris/attic/basement clean-up and hauling, curbside leaf collection. A true hard working handyman. Will call him again in a heart-beat!
