"Thank you for your feed back. We appreciate and value you as our customer! Best regards, Elevated Earthwork."
"[Member Name Removed] Please refer to your husbands review as we did not do a job for you at that price point. We offer contracts to all of our customers just as we offered with you and your husband. I would like to point out that you did agree to have the work done at our price point. Had you not agreed that is something that should have come up prior to the work being done. As you stated the work that was agreed upon was provided to you. As far as the driveway goes, that image was from when the job was clearly still being done and not at completion. If your driveway was left a mess as you say, we would have gladly taken care of that for you. We appreciate your feedback on the hydroseeding and will be using a better system in the future as we can see how providing this service by hand may be confusing to those who don't have that knowledge. However, like we have already discussed, hydroseed was used on your property as well as it most definitely can be done by hand. We are a site preparation company, not landscaping and although we are sad to hear you and your husband had such a poor experience with us after the work was completed and approved of, we wish you and your husband the best moving forward and hope that you both will leave truthful reviews for other contractors in the future. Warm wishes, Elevated Earthwork"
